REFUND POLICY FOR LABS & GUITAR PROGRAMS

For a refund or credit (toward future training) you must notify us 72 hours PRIOR to the first session of your lab. A $10 processing fee will apply. This allows us time to arrange for other students to take your seat. If you cancel enrollment AFTER this point, PLEASE NOTE there will be NO refunds or credits. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

STUDENT / PARTICIPANT ONLY POLICY FOR LABS & GUITAR PROGRAMS

During our labs and classes we maintain a No Spectator policy. Students & Participants only. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This helps the teacher and students focus, puts everyone at ease and creates a more focused effective environment. Most courses also have designated times that are open to friends and family to see performances, and we also hold regular Open House / Student Showcases.
